😱 With the help of our community in February & March 2022 we managed to raise a whopping $7112!!! 🥳

This is the biggest fundraiser we’ve had, and we are completely blown away by the support our community has shown us. We’ve seen all the lovely messages, emails and even hand written cards that y’all have sent us - we are feeling extremely appreciative 🥰

For the past 24 years The Bike Kitchen has provided affordable and accessible transportation to UBC students, staff and community members. The COVID-19 pandemic has been financially disastrous and we are struggling to make ends meet.
You can play a big part in helping us to provide a safe, welcoming space that promotes cycling as a sustainable & affordable mode of transportation!
Why do we need help?
Since March 2020 we have faced:
- A four month shop closure despite being declared an Essential Service
- Fewer customers on campus because of online learning
- Global supply chain disruptions and bike part shortages
These huge financial hits are more than we can handle alone and we need your help!
